Profile:

Nathan Levy, Assistant Branch Manager of the premier La Jolla office of Coldwell Banker, has been licensed since 1984.

Born and raised in South Africa, Nate Levy was a pharmacist in Durban; the President of Retail Chemists & Druggist Association, and on the Board of the Pharmaceutical Society. As a Chairman of the Society against drug abuse, he gave speeches warning against drug use by children and  was also an active counselor in "Life Line" -  talking people down from committing suicide. In 1971, he got a taste of real estate by selling his pharmacies and now has over 30 years of real estate experience.

Since coming to San Diego in 1981, Nate has become an expert in Real Estate legal procedures and requirements. His knowledge of contracts for buyers and sellers is recognized by his colleagues who frequently refer to him for opinions and clarification.

Leadership in community actvities has given a deep understanding of clients' requirements, helping him separate "needs" from "wants" while always assisting them with their financial projections.

A family man with children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, has always enabled him to focus on family requirements and challenges that come with the territory.
